DMX is accused of blowing off a paid appearance. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Owls Nest Sports Lounge in South Carolina claims they paid the rapper three-thousand dollars to show up and hang out with fans on August 25th. They even stocked the bar with bottles of gin and hired a bartender in anticipation of the meet and greet.
Apparently, the day came and went without DMX showing up. Now the sports bar is suing DMX for the amount they paid him plus 45-dollars for the liquor and 50-dollars for the bartender.
South Carolina was also the site of DMX's most recent arrest. On February 13th the rapper was picked up in Spartanburg for allegedly driving without a license.
